Bumper Repair in Luton.

Scuffs, cracks and splits repaired and refinished — not replaced.

What is Bumper Repair?

Bumper repair involves restoring plastic bumpers that have been scuffed, scratched, cracked or split. Using specialist plastic repair techniques, adhesives and colour-matched paint, we can restore bumpers that many garages would write off as needing replacement. The result is a factory-finish repair at a fraction of replacement cost.

When you need it

  • A scuff or scratch on a plastic front or rear bumper
  • A crack or split from a low-speed impact or kerb strike
  • Paint peeling or flaking on a bumper
  • A dealer has quoted bumper replacement — we'll often repair it for much less

How we do it

01

We clean and assess the damage to confirm the bumper is repairable (most are).

02

Cracks are filled and reinforced from behind using specialist plastic repair adhesive.

03

The surface is sanded smooth and any texture is recreated to match the original.

04

We apply colour-matched paint and blend for a seamless, factory-finish result.

Common questions.

Is it worth repairing a bumper rather than replacing it?+

Almost always yes. A new bumper from a dealer can cost £400–£800 fitted. We can repair most bumpers from £250, with a result that's just as good — often better, because we colour-match and blend on your actual car.

Can cracked bumpers be repaired?+

Yes, in most cases. Small to medium cracks can be repaired using plastic welding and filler from behind, then refinished. Very large impacts that have shattered the bumper may need replacement — we'll tell you honestly.

Will the repair be visible?+

Not if done properly. We match your paint code exactly and blend the edges carefully. You shouldn't be able to tell where the repair is.

How long does bumper repair take?+

Most bumper repairs take 1–4 days depending on the extent of the damage and paint curing time. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you book.
