We only receive personal information you choose to send us — your name, phone number, vehicle details and photos or videos of damage, sent via WhatsApp, phone call, or the quote form on this site (which opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled). This website does not have accounts, does not store form submissions, and does not collect payment details.
How we use it
Solely to provide quotes and carry out repair work you ask us for. We do not sell, share, or pass your information to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies and local storage (for example, remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party services
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Netlify, whose servers may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote conversations and job details only as long as needed to carry out the work and for reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just message or call us and we will sort it.
